Hymnus (Hypertext-based Manager for Musical Notations) is a web-based tool for musical notation library management. It is build with python, flask and sqlite.
The source code is released under MIT license, which allows everyone to modify and use for their own purposes. This is a deployed example that I use to store my own score library.
